Sustainable practices are paramount and Tinpot Hut Wines is proud to display the New Zealand Sustainable Winegrowing logo on all our wines - a credit to our growers and the winery for continuing to deliver practices that protect the environment while efficiently and economically producing premium grapes and wine.
New Zealand is well known for its beautiful landscape and stunning flora and fauna. To help protect this valuable resource Sustainable Winegrowing New Zealand (SWNZ) was established. This is an industry initiative, which started in 1995, directed through New Zealand Winegrowers (NZWG). The initiative was adopted by growers from all the grape growing regions and in 2002 moved to include wineries as well.
